Telephone Banking
Call 570-568-BANK (2265) 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week to access your West Milton State Bank accounts. When calling, please have the following information ready:
- Your account number(s)
- Your social security number
- Your personal identification number (To access the system for the first time, please use the last four digits of your social security number. You will be asked to establish a new PIN at that time.)
Once you have accessed West Milton Telephone Banking, the following services will be available to you.
Deposit Account Services
PRESS 1 to access the Deposit Account Services menu, then choose from the following:
- PRESS 1 for checking or savings account balances and other information
- PRESS 2 for checking or savings account transactions
- PRESS 3 to transfer funds
- PRESS 4 for other services
- PRESS 1 to stop payment on a check
- PRESS 2 to reorder checks
- PRESS 3 to request a copy of a cleared check
- PRESS 4 to request statement reprints or listings of account activity
Loan Services
PRESS 2 to access the Loan Services menu, then choose from the following:
- PRESS 1 for loan information
- PRESS 2 to make a loan payment
- PRESS 3 for our loan calculator
- PRESS 4 to complete an audio loan application
Business Services
PRESS 3 to access the Business Services menu, then PRESS 1 for merchant check verification.
Product Information
PRESS 4 to access the Product Information menu, then choose from the following:
- PRESS 1 for West Milton State Bank locations and hours of operation
- PRESS 2 for product information
- PRESS 3 to have product info faxed to you
- PRESS 4 to complete a customer survey
Bulletin Board
PRESS 5 to access the West Milton State Bank Community Bulletin Board with information on new products and services.
Quick List
In order to save you time, our Telephone Banking Center allows you to use a Quick List instead of entering your account numbers each time. After selecting functions in Deposit Account Services (1) or Loan Account Services (2) menus, you will be asked to enter your account number, use your Quick List, or hear your Quick List. Your Quick List will assign each of your accounts a number, which you may then use instead of reentering your full account number. You may also edit or reorder your Quick List at any time.
