Rainbow Dinner Theatre - On Tuesday, October 7, 2008, join us for a day of fun and laughter as we return to the Rainbow Dinner Theatre.  We will enjoy "Barefoot in the Park".  One of the funniest comedies ever written by Neil Simon, or anyone!  Rainbow is proud to bring to life the story of newlyweds Corrie and Paul, as they begin their marriage and start to walk the twisty road to love and life.  If you've never seen it, you must; if you have, it's time to climb up five flights and visit their tiny apartment again!  We will depart from our West Milton office at 8:30 a.m. and return at approximately 6:00 p.m. The price is $63.00 per person and includes admission, lunch buffet, transportation, and driver's tip.  Payment and registration is due Friday, August 15, 2008.  Please make your check payable to West Milton State Bank.

Trust Open House - You are invited to attend West Milton State Bank's Annual Trust Open House.  It will be held at our West Milton office on Thursday, October 16, 2008, at 6:00 p.m.  Take this opportunity to meet our Trust Department, enjoy some light refreshments, and hear our guest speaker address "Estate Planning Issues".  Please call Stephanie Young at 568-2610 by Thursday, October 9, 2008, to reserve your seat.

Annual Holiday Party - The final activity for the year is our Annual Holiday Party at Country Cupboard in Lewisburg on Saturday, December 6, 2008.  Registration will be from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Lunch will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m.  You will enjoy the delicious  foods of Country Cupboard's buffet with entertainment following.  If you would like to share in the Holiday Spirit, we will be collecting items for "Toys for Tots".  Bring your new unwrapped toy to the party, and we will forward it to this worthy cause.  The cost is $12.00 per person.  Payment and registration is due Friday, November 14, 2008.  Please make your check payable to West Milton State Bank.

Trip Tips: 

One-day trips fill up fast, so reserve your seat early.  Payment is due upon receipt of registration for all events, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for trip cancellations.  Your bus seats are reserved and require you to arrive only 15 minutes early.  Dress comfortably and be prepared to have a great time.

Hello, everyone!

It doesn't seem possible that it's time again to be writing and planning our club activities for the second half of the year.  Where does the time go?

Speaking of time, I was fortunate enough to spend a day in May with some of you as we traveled to Paradise, PA to enjoy another great show at the Rainbow Dinner Theatre.  As I said on our trip, "There is no better way to burn off calories."  What a day - delicious food, a hilarious show, and great company!

Now onto the second half of the year!  Unfortunately, the Your "Goodie Bag Trip" scheduled for Tuesday, August 12th has been cancelled due to lack of interest.  Just as I promised, we will be returning to Rainbow Dinner Theatre in October.  In December we will enjoy our Annual Holiday Party.
